Membuat Teks Melingkar Mengikuti Gerakan Cursor

Jika Kita melihat suatu blog terus cursornya di ikuti tulisan melingkar yang mengikuti gerakan nya
seperti ii caranya . .

1. Log in ke Blogger atau klik disini
2. Kemudian silahkan klik tab perancangan,
3. Terus dech kamu add new Gadget
4. Lalu tambahkan Edit Html
5. Setelah Muncul tampilan HTML copikan code dibawah ini.
